"Over the past week I’ve had loads of trouble with my main computer which you guys service (skipping the drawn out details). The actions so far have not helped and it was as sick as ever for a while, in a continuation from last night after scanning & scanning and more tonight I hooked up with your man John C. He patiently reviewed the history, evaluated the situation, questioned me on relevant items and made a suggestion to eliminate and isolate the potential items one at time. Although the computer was acting exactly like a virus it was not but that was not known till after all the scans, testing & cleaning however John had a hunch and he was acting on that – good thing for that.

The end result was / is the rapid, and so far, correct resolution by simply unplugging my multiple USB peripherals and reattaching them one by one till it was found. I can tell you this; John C. “CERTAINLY” has the correct technical mind and approach with a smooth follow-through.

You have a GOOD MAN with him; he nailed it logically & quickly by reviewing the data and going for it.

So far over the past year or two (how long has it been…?) every tech I’ve had has been a talented professional and I am certain any other would have reached this same conclusion also after the ground work had been done but the rapid end result and the way it was handled is absolutely worth an honorable mention on a silver platter.

He’s got my vote for the bonus of the month this time around.

"I am a new customer and have been working with Kirk. I am really kind of stunned at how good this service is. I had a horrendous Outlook problem. I had thousands of folders within Outlook – lots of data - and ran into the limitations of the file system I had. I hired one expert who promptly destroyed my system entirely. Whereas I couldn’t open folders before, after he worked on the system, I still couldn’t open folders but also couldn’t send or receive. Several computer experts declined the job saying they couldn’t do it. A couple said they would try, but weren’t sure if they’d be successful. Kirk told me you guys would fix it, no problem, and you did. I’ve had to call back for a few other issues related to the program and each time it has been the same thing: a real live human being to talk to, a fast response, and a tech who actually really knows what he’s doing and who I can understand. "I don’t find many companies I can always count on! However this evening, Travis renewed my faith in your company and the youth of America! I called this afternoon about a problem with my main computer. When Travis called he couldn’t be more polite! He asked me a few questions and then went right to work! "I just want to compliment your company on your tech who just finished a grueling three hour session with my computer on Easter Sunday, NO LESS! I have a term paper that is due tomorrow, and discovered that my scanner module was not working in my printer. Panicked, I called MCW, and after an hour with another tech, it was still giving me trouble. I called your tech help line again, and within minutes, George called me, and began his diagnosis. Despite the fact that it was already late, he hung in with the computer and the printer, and my uncooperative router (which seemed to drop the signal at several crucial points in the session!) He kept his cool and did not seem frazzled even when I would have dropkicked the thing across the room.

He let me go on with my routine here in my home/office and called me back as he said he would. There would be long pauses as he let the machine uninstall and reinstall and then uninstall and then reinstall at least three separate times before he finally got it to work properly. He worked well past the 10pm cut off, and I will get to do my paper tonight! I applaud you for keeping such excellent associates in your employ. Having been a subscriber to your services for over a year, I have come to expect awesome customer service, but this fellow was great!

"I want to tell you how totally satisfied I am with the service and professional manner in which your tech advisors display on a continuing basis.  Every time that my mom has needed assistance, I have made the calls on her behalf and it is I who ends up speaking with your tech advisors.  I am continually impressed with the knowledge each of these people has and how quick they are to diagnose the problem and correct it.

Recently, I was experiencing problems with my CPU as it was taking up to 30 minutes to open Windows.  I spoke with a tech, who spent considerable time with me addressing several possible reasons as to why I was experiencing trouble.  He gave me the instructions as to how to open the computer and to examine the fans to see if they were running ok and to clean them if they needed it.  He eventually diagnosed the problem as a power box issue.  Not being comfortable with fooling around with the inner workings, I elected to take the unit to a repair facility operated by a man who writes a computer column for the local paper.  I asked him to check out the power box which he did first.  He quickly stated that the box was all but shot and to replace it and that nothing else would be needed. He even added AVG virus protection for no extra cost.  Even he was impressed when I told him that an online tech support person had diagnosed this problem over the phone.

I felt that this type of service should be brought to the attention of the support services manager or even the owner.  All of your tech support staff deserves a big round of applause."

"I just wanted to drop you a note to commend [your technician]. He patiently started running all manner of spyware and virus scans which all came up clean. He persisted until the close of business on Saturday trying to fid the source of the problem. We arranged for him to call back Monday and take another look - he was determined to find the problem. He called back EXACTLY at the agreed time and resolved the problem within minutes. That level of competence and professionalism is hard to come by these days.

I guess I should also point out that I'm no slouch at these things myself. I consider myself and am considered by others to have a high degree of skill at such things. "Last weekend our computer got numerous viruses and did not work. The tech on the phone said someone would call us back at 5:00 the next day. Sure enough, 5:00 p.m. the technician contacted us and began the tedious job of trying to get our computer to work again. My husband and I had no hope that he would be able to save all the information on our computer.  The tech worked until 9:20 that evening when we finally told him that we had to go to work the next morning so he would have to stop. My husband left work early to come home for the techs phone call and again, right at the time he said, he called us back and began working on the phone from 4:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.  He was extremely professional and tried EVERYTHING he had in his power to get our computer to work.
 
Guess what, it is up and running like it is brand new.  He removed the viruses (I believe 24 in all) and got the computer running great.   We were so impressed, I have heard horror stories about people having computer techs come to their home and spending more than the computer is worth.  The monthly fee with My Computer Works might seem a little high to pay per month, but it is worth every penny.  Any time you have a question you can pick up the phone and get an answer.
 
I want to thank the technician again and again for all the hard work you put into this.  He saved us quite a bit of money and aggravation of trying to get all of our information back.  And as for the company, you have done everything you stated since the first day we started with you."

"It is only logical to have your service if you own a small business and that is true but in addition to that it is equally important to note that the caliber of the tech support guys is not only beyond anything being offered by any tech group but it is safe to say that My Computer Works is a “World Class” Company with a vastly superior level of technological assistance – world class by every measure.

In the past I have had more people then you can imagine work on one thing or another but the team you have assembled blows any of them away by far – hands down “no competition”, not even close.

Today I had your technicians work on both of my machines at different times and on different problems (office upgrades and changes) and they were both right on the money and found things that I never knew about and went even further to get more then I originally hoped for. Honestly when I call it’s normally a good sized problem because I know a thing or two about computers and have to stay on top of mine all the time, well each time your people work on these they always manage to show me a trick or two that I had never seen before, it’s like being in a class while I get my machines straightened out.
I can’t imagine where you found so many tech minded guys of that high a caliber, better hang onto them.

"While I have only been a client for about a month your service is exactly what I needed. I have had to call the service desk three times predominantly because something was causing my internet responses to slow down or hang completely. When you call the support center you should not expect to get through and you will have to leave a message. In every case rather than waiting on the phone like so many other service providers someone always got back to me sometime between 10 to 60 minutes. In every case I was working with an "expert" level technician who because of your remote diagnostic tools could get on my system and do something that improved my situation. I did have to live with my initial problem but my situation got better each time. Last night I had the full diagnostic service performed and as promised I am no longer having any problems. No one should be spending their valuable time doing what your experts can do in minutes. This service is worth every penny. I just wish it was available ten years sooner so that I would have a lot less grey hair."
